Insurance - to provide evidence of liability/all risk insurance prior to the rental.
Maintenance - to perform all routine maintenance: daily greasing, fluid levels, changing filters and fluids, cleaning.
Damage - responsible for all damage including that caused by failure to perform routine maintenance, unusual wear and tear, flat tires, etc.
Care & Operation - to use reasonable care in handling, operating and transporting. To provide qualified operators.
